Hamstring

Reach toward your toes only as far as feels comfortable - it’s all about a light stretch, not overdoing it!
Butterfly
Hold this stretch for 30 to 45 seconds.
Bring the soles of your feet together and let your knees fall out to the sides, creating a diamond shape with your legs. You can enhance this stretch by pressing down on your legs with your elbows, but only with just enough pressure to deepen the stretch without pain!
A-Stretch
Stretch for 30 to 45 seconds then switch legs.
Don’t force range of motion! Stretch to a point of mild tension, not pain.
Ab Stretch
Hold the stretch for 30 to 45 seconds.
Place your hands beneath your shoulders and press up until you feel a stretch in your abs and engage your glutes to support your spine.
Lift your chest only as high as you can without overarching or straining your back - think lengthening through the spine rather than jamming it!
Hip Flexor
Hold this stretch for 30 to 45 seconds, then switch legs!
Make sure you’re tilting your pelvis posteriorly (“tuck under”) to avoid arching your lower back and truly isolate the hip flexor.
Ease into a nice stretch and don’t push it too far.
Lower Groin
Hold this stretch for 30 to 45 seconds then switch legs.
Use your hands for balance and ease into a nice lower groin stretch without pushing it too far. This is also a great stretch for your achilles tendon below your calf muscle!
Seated Glute
Hold this glute stretch for 30 to 45 seconds, then switch legs!
Begin by crossing one leg over the other at a distance that feels comfortable and strain‑free. The closer your ankle comes toward your face, the deeper the stretch you’ll feel!
Keep your breath steady and your support strong with your hands.
Quad
Hold onto something for added balance if needed, and hold this stretch for 30 to 45 seconds - then switch legs.
Keep your chest lifted, shoulders relaxed, and bent knee pointing straight down to isolate your quad!
