Hi, I’m Ezra Moreland.
I spent six years as a rescue swimmer in the U.S. Navy, trained to perform under pressure when every second mattered. After the military, I transitioned into modeling and acting — two industries that demand confidence, discipline, and consistency.
But at the core of everything I’ve done is a passion for helping people unlock their full potential.
That’s why I created the Moreland Method — a focused, results-driven approach to fitness built around 30-minute, military-inspired workouts that are effective, realistic, and sustainable.
These workouts are based on what I’ve learned in the Navy and the fashion industry: how to stay sharp, strong, and mentally tough — with limited time and minimal equipment.
Less really is more. And I’m here to help you prove that — one mission at a time.
